At BigiGadget, we want you satisfied with your laptop purchase. This policy details returns, refunds, exchanges for orders placed on bigigadget.com. Applies to Nigeria deliveries only.

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: 7 calendar days from delivery date.

  • Condition: Unopened, unused, original packaging, accessories, manuals intact. Laptops powered on only for defect checks.

  • Eligible Items: New laptops, accessories (if sealed).

  • Non-Returnable:

    • Opened/custom software.

    • Clearance/sale items (final).

    • Personalized engravings.

    • Used/refurbished with wear disclosed.

    • Hygiene items (e.g., webcams with seals broken).

 

Defective or Wrong Items

  • Timeframe: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video.

  • Eligible: Damaged, DOA (dead on arrival), wrong model/color sent.

  • Process: We arrange free pickup (Lagos) or prepaid label. Repair/replace/refund at our choice.

 

How to Return

  1. Email support@bigigadget.com with order #, reason, photos.

  2. Get approval and return label/instructions within 24 hours.

  3. Pack securely (original box preferred).

  5. Track shipment.

Customer pays return shipping unless defect/wrong item.

Refunds

  • Processing: Starts after inspection (3-5 days receipt).

  • Time: 5-10 business days to original payment method.

  • Same policy as returns.

  • Exchange for same/in-stock item if available.

Cancellations

  • Pre-shipment: Email request. Full refund if not processed.

  • Post-shipment: Handle as return.

 

Warranty Claims

  • Manufacturer warranties (typically 1 year).

  • Contact us first; we coordinate repairs/replacements.

  • Does not cover misuse, accidents, liquids, unauthorized repairs.

 

Exclusions and Limits

  • Force majeure delays no refunds.
