These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“User,” “Customer,” “you”) and BigiGadget (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing bigigadget.com, creating an account, placing orders, or using services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

  • Must be 18+ or legal age in Nigeria.

  • Not barred from using sites or buying goods.

  • Businesses: Provide accurate details.

 

Account

  • Create accounts with true info. Keep login/password secure.

  • You responsible for activity. Notify us of breaches.

  • We may suspend/close for violations, no notice needed.

Orders and Payments

  • Placing Orders: Add to cart, checkout. Binding offer to buy.

  • Acceptance: Confirmed by email. Until then, we can refuse (e.g., stock out, fraud).

  • Prices: In NGN, include VAT. Exclude shipping unless stated. Errors fixed pre-confirmation.

  • Payments: Via Paystack, Flutterwave, bank transfer. Full payment upfront. Secure processors; we not liable for their failures.

  • Taxes/Duties: You pay all applicable.

 

Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated times: 3-7 days Lagos, 7-14 days nationwide. Delays possible.

  • Risk transfers on handover to courier.

  • Track via email/link. Inspect on receipt.

  • Remote areas: Extra fees/times apply.

 

Returns, Refunds, Warranties

  • Returns: 7 days from delivery for unused, original condition items. Shipping cost yours unless defect.

  • Refunds: Processed 5-10 days post-return approval. Original payment method.

  • Defects: Report within 48 hours photos. We arrange pickup/repair/replace.

  • Warranties: Manufacturer (1 year typical). We assist claims.

  • No returns: Personalized, opened software, clearance sales.

Intellectual Property

  • Site, logos, content ours or licensed. No copying, reproducing without permission.

  • Product images from manufacturers; use fair.

  • User content: You grant us license to display reviews.

 

User Conduct

Prohibited:

  • Fraud, false info.

  • Hacking, viruses.

  • Harassment, spam.

  • Unauthorized commercial use.

Violations lead to bans, legal action.

Termination

We end access anytime for breaches. You close account via settings.

Disclaimers and Liability

Force Majeure

Excused for uncontrollable events.

Governing Law and Disputes

  • Lagos State, Nigeria law.

  • Disputes: Negotiate first. Then Lagos courts or arbitration (Lagos Court of Arbitration).

Severability
